Description
Flaked sea salt has differently-sized bits, standing out for their texture and look. Irregular fleur de sel crystals form during the harvesting process and can be used to adorn all types of dishes.
Fleur de sel is less salty than conventional salt and therefore has a more gradual effect that helps us to avoid over-salting dishes. The salt can be mixed with different ingredients without losing its structure and without the ingredients losing their essence.
FLOR DEL DELTA
Salt company since 1946, located in the protected Natural Parc at the Ebro Delta, the second humid zone most important of the Mediterranean. The salt mines where the extraction is made nowadays is active since the XIVth century.
