FAQ

We guide you through every step:

1. Explore our online store, bycategories or subcategories. By clicking a product you are forwarded to its page, where you can find more information about it, zoom the image, and choose the different sizes if available.

2. If you are looking for a specific product, under the category menu on the left, you can find a search bar for products.

3. Click on the button “Add to cart” for selecting the product you want to shop. Inside the product page you can select if you want more than one unit.

4. A the “Cart” menu (top-right of the screen, bottom-right on mobile), you can access at any moment the products you have added. You can delete them, change the quantity or access the Checkout. In the Cart page you can also add the coupons you have (subscribe to our Newsletter for exclusive coupons!)

5. You can calculate the shipping cost before the checkout by introducing your direction. If your order is over 50€, you have free shipping!

6. Click the button “Checkout” to choose the delivery address and make the payment.

7. Checkout: you will find a form for the billing and delivery address. The phone number and e-mail are necessary to contact you in case we can’t find you during the delivery or if there’s any issue.

Between 24 and 72 working hours. This margin depends on the delivery address and the day we receive the order.

Not a problem! On the checkout page, you will find an “Order notes” form where you can specify any preferences.

On the cart page you will the gifting options. When clicking, an option to write a message will appear and also the possibility to wrap the present for 3.00€
On the checkout page, you can specify the delivery address.

You can design your own Pack! On the Packs page you can add to cart an empty Pack can so you can add the products of your choice inside:

  1. Ad the cannister you like the most to the cart.
  2. Surf on our catalogue and add the products you want inside.
  3. We will send it to the delivery address you indicate. If you want to make a present and add a note, in the Cart page you’ll find the option.
  4. enjoy!
  • Credit or debit card. The payment is performed via Redsys gateway, with the safety protocol SSL. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and Citicorp
  • Bank transfer. When making the payment, you can send us a bank transfer to the IBAN number
    ES59 2100 0974 8602 0010 9399. When we receive either the receipt or the payment, we will process the order. We only need you to specify your Name and Surname so we can identify the payment.
  • Bizum. If your bank  has Bizum service (https://bizum.es/) and it is installed in your mobile, you can pay with your phone number and Bizum key. You will be sent an SMS with a unique key to confirm the payment.
  • Google Pay and Apple Pay. In the Cart page you will find the payment method from Google or Apple (only if it is set and installed in your device or browser). You won’t have to continue to the next page, the service will autocomplete the necessary data for us to send you your order.

Refunds can be claimed up to 5 days after receiving the order, 2 days if it’s a refrigerated product (these terms are due to the perishable nature of the products). Because is food we are talking about, the refunded product can’t be opened and packaging in perfect condition.
You can ask for the refund at comercial@olivias.es.

In case of perished or faulty products, the terms are extended and we manage the case individually (so we can contact the manufacturer). You can choose either a refund or a new product in perfect conditions.
