100% meat from Nyores. It is obtained by crushing sun-dried nyoras, without pulp and without seeds, obtaining a paste with all the concentrated flavor of the nyora.
Nyora is a round, small red pepper variety. In cooking, it is especially used to highlight stir-fries, stews, rice dishes and it is also one of the main ingredients of the traditional Romesco sauce.
