All shipments to the mainland are free for orders over 50€*. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is as follows:
- 3.00€ to Barcelona
*Except for orders that contain a product that requires cold shipping. In these cases, even if the amount of the total purchase exceeds €50, a fixed shipping fee of €6 will be applied.
Shipments are made between 48 and 72 working hours, from Monday to Friday. This margin depends on the place of delivery and the day on which the order was placed.
When paying, in the field “Order notes” you can specify if you want us to deliver your order to you on a specific day and time!
In Barcelona we have our own transport fleet. For the rest of the country, the transport agency meets the same delivery deadlines and you will have a link to track the transport.
Fresh products are shipped respecting the cold chain, in a dedicated transport, with an additional cost of 6€.
Balearic Islands and Canaries
Shipments to the islands have a fixed cost of 10€.
Delivery times may be longer due to transport distances.
We will track your transportation in person, by email or phone.
*Shipments to the Canary Islands may be subject to customs control. In these cases, we will ask the NIE to the customer for customs procedures and pay for the additional costs if needed.
Shipments to France have a fixed cost of 30€. They are carried out within a maximum of 5 working days.

Cold products may not be available for sale in France due to the fragility of the product and the extra cost of transport. If you want a personalized budget, do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com or 93 443 66 60 !
Refunds and Incidences
In the event of a transport incident (breakage, loss, etc.) we will make the replacement as soon as possible or you can request a refund, at no additional cost.
Refunds can be claimed up to 5 days after receiving the order, 2 days if it’s a refrigerated product (these terms are due to the perishable nature of the products). Because is food we are talking about, the refunded product can’t be opened and packaging in perfect condition.

In case of perished or faulty products, the terms are extended and we manage the case individually (so we can contact the manufacturer). You can choose either a refund or a new product in perfect conditions.

Local Pick Up at Olivias
If you prefer to pick up your order yourself, you can select the option at the cart or paying page.
We will prepare the order so you don’t even have to leave the car when you come to pick it up! The place and timetable for the pick-up are the following:
