Raya wild pistachios are an exceptional product that grow wild in the eastern mountains of Iran. These small pistachios are shelled and raw, meaning they are not roasted. In order to optimize preservation, the producers lightly salt the wild pistachios.
Their wild pistachios are just dried. If you want to find the crunch in this one and develop that roasted side, that’s why we recommend roasting them for 5 minutes in the oven.
This is the 2022 harvest. They are handpicked by their grower-picker in the mountains, stock is still very limited.
Use:
They can be eaten as an aperitif, in a mixed salad, sprinkled on a pie, ice cream, rice, on your granola mix but also on certain dishes. Indeed, they will bring texture and crunch to your dishes.
