Description
Raya wild almonds are a product that grows wild in the mountains of eastern Iran. They are collected by hand directly by the producer-collector. Therefore, our stock of the 2022 harvest is very limited.
Usage:
The wild almonds they offer can be eaten as a snack, in a mixed salad, sprinkled on top of cake, ice cream, rice, in your granola mix, or in certain dishes.
If you want to find the crunch of wild almonds and develop that roasted side, we therefore recommend toasting them for 5 minutes in the oven.
