Our pistachio paste is certified ORGANIC.
We select a very specific variety of pistachios to make our pistachio paste. It is a different variety from those usually consumed as an aperitif. Our pistachios naturally retain their green color and have 24% additional fat, which allows us to obtain a smooth, ultra-creamy and naturally green pistachio paste.
Use:
Our paste can also be used to flavor ice cream, a cake, pastry or whipped cream, to garnish or enhance a dish or breakfast.
For better conservation, keep it in a cool, dry place.
