Forvm Chardonnay Vinegar is one of a kind. Mild, transparent and a little sweet, it is particularly great on fish or seafood dishes, although its possibilities are unlimited. This Forvm vinegar, with vintages aged for 3 years, is made with only the finest-quality wines of the Chardonnay variety and acetified in the traditional way.

The result is an ideal vinegar, particularly for fish and seafood and for creations to make a reduction over a low heat. Its possibilities are endless. The results, pleasantly surprising.

Store in a cool dry place. Once the bottle has been opened it should be consumed within 3 months since, while the product will not go bad, it may evolve and turn cloudy. Filtered gently, so it may produce natural sediment.
