This house was founded in 1925 at Chalosse (France) by Joseph Castaing. His ambition was to share the excellence, the savoir-faire and culinary richness of his region. Nowadays, the great grandchild of Joseph manages the Castaing house, inheriting the quality and expertise of the family business.
