Description
The belly is the most highly-appreciated part of the tuna family. It is soft, delicate and juicy. It is cut, cooked and cleaned using a traditional method (being hand-produced, the pieces can sometimes vary in size). It is presented in slices.
The 270g format is recommended for groups of 4-6 people.
OLASAGASTI
Olasagasti only uses products from its own region, the Cantabrian Sea, and always employs traditional fishing methods that protect the marine ecosystem to the fullest extent possible. The fish is also cleaned, sorted and packaged traditionally.
