Tangy, high-intensity vinegar. It stands out for its intense flavour, with a soft touch of nuts. It combines perfectly with “vinaigrettes”, marinates, sauces and deserts.
At the turn of the 20th century, the Luque family already owned a mill in Castro del Río, where they ground the olives grown in the area. The Alcubilla 2000 oil mill is still operational today, in Castro del Río in the DO Baena.
