This vinegar, with its unmistakable colour, flavour and aroma, is obtained from the selection of the best wines from Jerez and following ageing in American oak casks.
Tasting note
Deep notes of salted almonds, yeast and an aroma reminiscent of liquorice.
Pairing
Recommended for making a genuine Andalusian gazpacho or as a mild dressing for fried fish. It is an essential ingredient for making mayonnaises and dressings, such as Bilbao-style sauce.
