Amaflor (80%-87% oleic acid > special for frying)
Sunflower oil with a neutral smell and flavour obtained from the seeds of special varieties of sunflower, rich in linoleic acid and vitamin E. Its composition is similar to that of olive oil.
Special care is taken in ensuring that all nutritional properties are upheld and that the product is as healthy as possible.
It is recommended for professional pastry-making and for making food that needs to be crispy and has to be stored for long periods of time.
