Seville olive spread (100% olive paste)
The best olives, ground and macerated with aromatic herbs. More bitter than other pâtés because it is harvested when the olives are still green. It is very herbaceous and fresh.
It can be diluted in a dash of oil to season salads, fish, etc. It can also be used for canapés, with anchovies, tuna and as an appetiser.
The company is located in the municipality of Vilalba dels Arcs (Tarragona) where you find the La Gaeta farm. All the varieties of table olives that they produce (Arbequina, Sevillana, Empeltre, and Empeltre muerta) are made by hand without any chemical products or additives.
