Description

Olives of the Caspe variety with their unmistakable and mild hint of bitterness.

They are harvested green during September, and are then split (giving them their name – partida) and marinated with aromatic herbs for a short period of time while still green, affording them their bitter flavour.

This olive is particularly suitable for snacking, as well as with vegetable dishes. It can also be eaten with salads, appetisers, etc.

Ingredients: Split Seville olive from Caspe (depending on the time of year), water, salt and aromatic herbs.
