Description
Piquillo DOP peppers from Lodosa.
These peppers are deep-red in colour, have a sweet taste and a small and even size. They are grown at the Viuda de Cayo facility in Navarre. The peppers are harvested by hand in autumn and are roasted over a direct flame in the factory. They are peeled using a traditional method, always preventing any contact with water in order to maintain their aroma. They are then hand-packaged with a touch of salt and citric acid to guarantee optimal storage.
