‘Ñora’ paste



100% Ñora meat. It is obtained by crushing the sun-dried ñoras, without pulp and without seeds, obtaining a paste with all the concentrated flavor of the ñora pepper.

Ñora is a variety of round pepper, small in size and red in colour. In cooking it is used in the Mediterranean cuisine to highlight stews and rices and is also one of the main ingredients of the traditional Romesco sauce.
