Description
Arbequina Olives. Natural olives, with no preservatives or additives.
The Mallafré house classifies the olives by size and stores them in subterranean tanks. Then water is added, and if necessary, salt.
The tanks are examined regularly during the natural fermentation process. When the olives are ready, they are manually selected and the broken are thrown away. Once this step is finished, they go straight to the package.
