Forvm Old Reserves is a bittersweet vinegar that is perfect for the most demanding recipes, lending them a unique and distinct flavour.
Coming from the initial vintages of the Forvm Cabernet Sauvignon vintage, this Old Reservesis aged in oakwood casks in dry-stone huts in the heart of our vineyards. This is most noticeable in its denser texture, owing to its natural reduction. It is a different, limited-production bittersweet vinegar with a big personality and character, featuring notes stemming from its prolonged ageing, concentrating the flavours and aromas of the Mediterranean essence.
