Select baby broad beans in olive oil.
Grown in Herrera, Andalusia. They are harvested by hand in spring, when they are at their most tender and have an optimal size, yielding a soft and delicate texture. They then undergo a sizing and screening process in order to select the thinnest and tenderest stalks, with a 12mm diameter at most.
