Fruity, medium intensity. It presents nuances of both green and mature fruits, suggesting the flavour of tomato and almond. It feels very equilibrated in the mouth, with a sweet and delicate first taste, followed by a light bitterness and a final touch of spiciness.

This very equilibrated and soft oil is very suitable for traditional cooking: stews, sautéed dishes and even frying. It is also ideal for tasting it raw.
