Made with premium-quality wines of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety and acetified in the traditional way, this bittersweet vinegar with vintages aged over 8 years will become a benchmark for lovers of the most refined cuisine.

The result is an ideal vinegar for everyday use in the kitchen, for salads, sauces, fruit, ice-cream, desserts, etc. Perfect for reductions over a low heat or for cooking game meats. The wood and ageing notes are evident in the mouth.

Store in a cool dry place. Once the bottle has been opened it should be consumed within 3 months since, while the product will not go bad, it may evolve and turn cloudy. Filtered gently, so it may produce natural sediment.
