The belly is the most highly-appreciated part of the tuna family. It is soft, delicate and juicy. It is cut, cooked and cleaned using a traditional method (being hand-produced, the pieces can sometimes vary in size). It is presented in slices. The 270g format is recommended for groups of 4-6 people.
