Description
Artichokes of the Blanca variety from Navarre, round and small. Tudela Artichoke with Protected Geographical Indication (PGI). Harvested by hand in the springtime in the fields of La Ribera in Navarre.
Once they have been harvested they are blanched for a few minutes and then peeled. The outer leaves are stripped by hand, down to the most tender part of the artichoke.
They are packaged in their own juice, without acidulants or acidity correctors.
