Our own brand. Our unfiltered oil from Terra Alta is a limited production of 1000 litres and we choose only the best olives before packaging them under our brand name.

CLOS DE LA TORRE

This is a family with a long-standing oil-making tradition from the Empordà that combines native centennial olive trees with modern imported plantations.

AVGVSTVS FORVM

Forvm vinegars are fermented in the company’s cellars in the traditional style, with a mother of vinegar that has been handed down over several generations. One of the best-loved vinegars among our country’s chefs.

LA GAETA

Its products bear the Terra Alta Protected DO. The company’s estate, La Gaeta, is located in Villalba dels Arcs (Tarragona) where it produces the Arbequina, Sevillana and Empeltre varieties.

MALLAFRÉ

Mallafré is a family-run olive-oil mill in Riudoms, a town in the county of Baix Camp (Tarragona). The company’s organic oils have merited recognition from the Catalan Council of Organic Production.

MARQUÉS DE VALDUEZA

This family, with a long-standing tradition spanning numerous generations, is based in Mérida (Extremadura) on the Perales de Valdueza estate, surrounded by its olive groves, vineyards and beehives.

DEORTEGAS

Deortegas belongs to a family with a long history of oil production, with their own mill and three traditional organic olive-producing estates (two of them dry-farming).

ORO BAILÉN

Oro Bailén has racked up numerous awards and several years in the Flos Olei Guide, which attest to its superior quality. Producers, packagers and vendors, their estates lie in the oil-growing lands of Jaén, not far from the city of Bailén.

LES TRILLES

Les Trilles comes from Camp de Bellaguarda (Lleida) at the hands of producers who have been growing the same fruit – Arbequina olives – for more than 90 years to obtain its monovarietal oil. In 2001 they received the Integrated Production Certified Guarantee, ensuring that they oversee the quality of their oil in all production stages.

Luque is the ultimate expression of the concept of quality and respect for the environment, combining new technologies with the traditional way of caring for the olive tree to obtain an EVOO of the highest quality.

LA CHINATA

Located in Sierra de Gata, Cáceres, this company is a worldwide benchmark in Spanish olive oil. Special mention should be made of its Manzanilla Cacereña variety, since its EVOO uses the smaller-sized olives that are not suitable for table consumption.

ZAMBUDIO

Aceitunas Zambudio is an independent company that engages solely in the making, seasoning and production of olives and pickled products in different package sizes and varieties.

DAPORTA

Conservas Daporta specialises in canning seafood and fish brought straight from the fish markets of Galicia. Its production is limited because it uses only traditional and environmentally-friendly production techniques, selecting only seasonal products.

OLASAGASTI

Olasagasti only uses products from its own region, the Cantabrian Sea, and always employs traditional fishing methods that protect the marine ecosystem to the fullest extent possible. The fish is also cleaned, sorted and packaged traditionally.

SALAZONES MORENO

Since the Salazones Moreno canned food factory was founded in Barcelona, it has always upheld a traditional fishing and packaging process that is natural and preservative-free. This traditional procedure begins with the age-old fishing techniques used on the Cantabrian coast.

SANTA CATARINA

This company is socially responsible: 120 women from the Azores prepare the tuna fish under sustainable techniques, endorsed by these certificates: ‘Save the Dolphin’, ‘Friend of the Sea’, ‘Salto e Vara’ and ‘Qualidade Açores’.

BONILLA A LA VISTA

Bonilla’s success story dates back to 1932, in Ferrol, where Salvador Bonilla began the journey with his travelling market stall at which he sold his churros and crisps in different towns. They have achieved excellence thanks to the best possible raw materials: choice potatoes, olive oil and sea salt are the sole ingredients.

CASA GISPERT

A company with more than 150 years of history. Its beginnings date back to when it was a wholesale warehouse of colonial products. Casa Gispert now specialises in roasting coffee and dried fruits and nuts.

LA CHURTA

La Churta, located in Lizarraldea, is dedicated exclusively to organic canned products. Its organic farming applies specific guidelines that avoid the use of chemical products. Its greens and vegetables are worked with by hand throughout the process, from peeling to packaging.

Located in the Ebro Valley, this brand has been operating in the canned vegetable sector for more than 70 years, driven by a permanent commitment to quality and endorsed by the Navarra Designation of Origin. All harvesting is conducted according to the natural calendar of the land.

ANACONDA

Anaconda is a cry against the unhealthy snack industry, with misleading advertising and outdated designs. Its goal is to fill our pantries with 21st century snacks. How? By improving the nutritional values, producing with renewable energy and organic products and a careful design down to the last detail.

STURIA

The brand of the leading French caviar producer. Its caviar is made with traditional savoir-faire: the grains are sieved, washed, salted and packaged by hand and are tasted at each stage. The grains are selected on the basis of highly-precise criteria such as size, colour, firmness and other sensory qualities.

LA MÈRE POULARD

The origins of the Mère Poulard biscuiterie lie in a roadhouse in Mont-Saint-Michel (Normandy) that dates back to the year 1888. All their biscuits are made with the finest French butter, free-run hen eggs, with natural aromas and free from preservatives and palm oil.

LES PRODUITS DE MAZÈRES

We are the exclusive importers of the products of this small French farm located in Mazères (between Toulouse and Auch) which produces truly genuine foie gras.

CHOCOLATE AND LOVE

Chocolate and Love was founded by a couple of chocolate lovers who also share a concern for social and ecological welfare. The chocolate is made in Switzerland and all its variants are organic and Fair Trade. It has won 46 Great Taste Awards.
